FLEXIBLE DESIGN

METTA design is 100 % weld-free, modular bolted design. The parts are fastened with metric bolts and screws.

Build to any size in height, width and depth, modular component inventory is less.

Modular construction enables modification in panel shell on site during or after execution as per site conditions.

USER FRIENDLY

Busbars in the METTA range have higher clearances than those prescribed by global switchboard standards offering a superior level of safety.

Access to last vertical busbar available from both sides.

IMMENSE RELIABILITY

Heat Stress analysis of the enclosure structure has led to a heat resistant design with better air circulation system for exhaust hot gases upward.

METTA design is tested with RDF 1 and Inc factor 1 with no temperature deration upto 55℃.

Less no of parts reduced chances of failure and fewer joints between busbars and air circuit breakers makes the panel cooler.

SAFETY

Highest forms of personal safety as well as protection of materials and environment.

Internal Partition separation class is up to form 4b type 7 according to standard BS EN 61439-2,which completely isolate the live parts. It is possible to work in one section of the panel while the rest of the panel is still active.
