Mitsubishi Electric India an Indian Subsidiary of Japanese Air-Conditioning Systems opened its MEQ Senmonka, a post-sale service provider at Shop No. 7, GF, Vashisht Complex, Sikanderpur, Gurugram, Haryana. This inauguration marks the 5th in a series of launches across various locations in the country. Our aim is to strengthen the post-sale service of air conditioners and provide platform for delivering quality Customer experience. The Japanese word “Senmonka” means expert, and this initiative will arm the customers with expert assistance from world class professionals for post-sale service and other queries about Mitsubishi Electric’s air conditioning units.
MEQ Senmonka will cater all post-sale services under one roof and give the customers an overview about our strong service infrastructure. It will enable the customers to discuss their queries with our trained professionals and find solutions in a definite timeline. We plan to inaugurate more such centres in different parts of the country to make sure all Mitsubishi Electric customers can get the premium quality service
