Mitsubishi Factory Automation & Industrial Division Products Displayed at INTEC 2014
Mitsubishi Electric India participated in INTEC 2014 organized at Codissia, Coimbatore from 6th to 10th June’ 2014. Mitsubishi Electric had a 56sqm stall in the main hall (B-82) where we showcased the best of Technology, Solutions and Support for Industries.
The highlight of the display was new series of CNC- E70, M70, M700, C70 and Customised CNC with wide range of Servo drive and Motors. Also exhibited 5 face Milling Machine with Mitsubishi M700 controller. This precisely controls 5 axis and Spindle.
Mitsubishi Electric also showcased the Robot for Machine Tending application with precise movement of Loading and unloading the components for CNC Machines (Prototype). Being the place for hub for manufacturing in South Tamilnadu, this solution would provide them to increase their productivity and quality.
The Display of the Robotic Automation included the Robot (RV4F) with 4 kg capacity showing the simulation of Machine tending Application (Loading and Unloading of components for CNC machines).
The other Robot suppliers (Motoman and Nachi) in INTEC showed only the Robot Axis movement, where Mitsubishi displayed with Real time application (Loading of Components in CHUCK with 200-250 microns)
