COVID19 Service Notice

Dear Mitsubishi Electric Customers,

Amidst the crisis of Covid 19, in compliances with Government orders and matter of abundant caution for the safety of our employees, customers and service engineers, we have suspended our services till further notice.

During this lockdown period, all calls at our customer care center will automatically be transferred to IVR and you will receive a call back from our customer care executive within 24 hrs.

Once lockdown gets over in your city, we will do all possible efforts to resolve your complaints as soon as we can.

In between this, Mitsubishi Electric has extended the warranty on its entire range of Air Conditioners in India till 31st May. This is valid for all products those warranty is expiring between 15th March 2020 to 14th April 2020.
