The activity concluded with a Vote of thanks from Mr. Katsunori Ushiku, Managing Director, Mitsubishi Electric India.
Speaking about the initiative, Managing Director, Mr. Katsunori Ushiku, said, “Mitsubishi Electric has always undertaken activities that have benefitted the environment. These trees can make neighbourhoods less scorching in the summer by improving the micro-climate. I am really happy that we have been undertaking such tree plantation drives since 5 years now. It is indeed a happy moment to see the entire staff gather and plant the saplings which, we also ensure, are nurtured well. This year, the cleanliness drive was also a great initiative. We are glad to be contributing to the Swaccha Bharat Abhiyaan in our own little way.”
