Maintenance Training

M7/M8 Series - NC system Configuration & Basic Connection, Explanation of Diagnosis Screen, Ethernet / RS-232 setting Procedure, Procedure to take backup/restore, Axis removal setting procedure, On board ladder monitoring, Reference point establishment procedure, MDS-D/DH Series Drive Overview & Configuration, Trouble shooting drive alarms.

CNC Interfacing Training

2 days

CNC Interfacing among devices, Drive unit connections & parameterization, Basic Parameter Setting, Basic Ladder Training, NC Explorer Training, NC Designer Training.

Custom Screen Development

2 days

Introduction to NC Designer Tool, Windows, Panels and Frames, Control Library and Custom API Library, Interpretation and compilation methods, Integration with Visual Studio, NC Compiler, Make File creation and building project, Porting the application to CNC

IoT Application Development

1 day

Introduction to Industrial IoT, Introduction to EZSocket library from Mitsubishi electric, Installation and using EZSocket with Microsoft visual studio .NET, Developing desktop application using EZSocket API's and DLL's.

• CNC interfacing training is conducted on request basis also.
• Since there are 10 seats (limited) in each programme, the seats are confirmed on 1st come 1st served basis.
• The normal Course timings are from 09:30Hrs to 16:30Hrs with a 45min lunch break between 12:30 to 13:15Hrs. Any alteration in the date or Course Timings will be intimated to the participants a week in advance.
